Nach zwei Jahren Corona-Virtuellem Lauf ging es jetzt wieder im Massenstart in Deutz an die Startlinie. Die Wettervorhersage wechselte st\u00e4ndig und war durchwachsen. Zwischendurch 10 Grad und Starkregen, die Vorfreude hielt sich in Grenzen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am Samstag dann: zumindest trocken bei 11 Grad. Mal sehen. Als es um sieben Uhr zum Bahnhof ging, regnete es. Im Zug nach K\u00f6ln h\u00f6rte es dann aber auf, so dass zumindest die Vorstartphase im trockenen absolviert werden konnte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurz vor dem Start habe ich mich dann vorne im ersten Block einsortiert. Eine Zeit unter 1:27 w\u00e4re eine neue Bestzeit und damit das Ziel f\u00fcr heute.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nach dem Startschuss ging es erst mal etwas gebremst auf die Deutzer Br\u00fccke. Etwas gebremst ist allerdings immer nur das Gef\u00fchl. Eine 3:50 auf km1 war wie immer deutlich schneller als gedacht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Danach habe ich versucht meinen Rhythmus zu finden. Die ersten 5km gingen unter 20 Minuten weg, soweit so gut. Die Beine f\u00fchlen sich ganz gut an. Die Saucony Endorphin Pro laufen wirklich gut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nach etwas langsameren weitern 5km steht die Uhr bei 40 Minuten. Das ist schon ganz gut, ich bin etwas skeptisch ob das bis zum Ende h\u00e4lt. Ich h\u00e4nge mich an eine Gruppe dran, die schon die ganze Zeit so 10-40m vor mir her l\u00e4uft. Das Tempo ist gleichbleibend hoch. Allerdings l\u00e4uft die Gruppe etwas unrhythmisch.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-262\" style=\"text-align: center; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/guidowahl.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2022_KoelnMarathon_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\/\" srcset=\"https:\/\/guidowahl.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2022_KoelnMarathon_1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/guidowahl.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2022_KoelnMarathon_1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die n\u00e4chsten 5km gehen wieder knapp unter 20 Minuten weg. Bei km 16 entscheide ich mich vorne aus der Gruppe rauszugehen. Ab km 18 gucke ich auf die Uhr und rechne. Mit etwas Gas k\u00f6nnte es eine Zeit unter 1:25 werden. Also entscheide ich ich zu #allornothing wenn ich platze werde ich wohl auch nicht mehr als eine Minute verlieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die letzten drei Kilometer sind dann alle im Bereich 3:50. Als ich dann auf die Zielgerade einbiege weis ich schon, das wird ne Spitzenzeit und laufe einfach ohne Sprint ins Ziel.
