Letztes Jahr hatte ich ja mit einer 1:28h meine pers\u00f6nliche Bestzeit gelaufen. Frei nach meinem Motto &#8222;All in or nothing&#8220; bin ich dann einfach mal auf SUB 1:30h angegangen. Die ersten 10km in 41:25m liefen ganz gut und ich war mit der gleichen Zeit wie 2016 unterwegs. Einzig die Passage \u00fcber die Br\u00fccke hat meine km Zeit auf 4:20m bei km 8 gedr\u00fcckt. Das Wetter war hervorragend. Blauer Himmel, Sonne und Temperaturen so um 20 Grad. Ich habe dann sch\u00f6n mein Tempo von 4:06 &#8211; 4:10 pro km weitergelaufen. Bei km 17 bin ich in einer Gruppe dann etwas zu schnell geworden und mit 4:00 dann meinen schnellsten Kilometer gelaufen. Das war dann auch ein Fehler, da ich dann ein Stechen in der Seite bekommen habe. Ich musste dann etwas rausnehmen und bin die n\u00e4chsten Kilometer in 4:15 gelaufen. Im Ziel stand dann eine hohe 1:27h auf der Uhr. H\u00e4tte ich ja vorher nicht gedacht, dass meine Form bereits so gut ist. Jetzt steht erst einmal wieder Training auf dem Programm. Der n\u00e4chste Wettkampf ist der Strongmanrun am N\u00fcrburgring am 20.05.
